- Boil the rice with a half of stock cube in water. Use 2 times as much water as the amount of rice. You can easily weigh this with a glass.
- Fry the marinated chicken fillet until golden brown over a high heat, in butter or olive oil, your choice.
- Rice cooked? Drain it and add the corn and peas and mix everything together.
- Add the chipotle sauce to the fried chicken fillet and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Bring the rice and chicken together. Finish with crunchy corn and coriander.
