Everyone knows the real Pesto Genovese by now, with basil, pine nuts and parmesan. Our chef added mascarpone and this gets a delicious creamy Supp' pesto-mascarpone sauce. This vegetarian dish is full of taste and green vegetables. You put this meal on your plate in less than 30 minutes. You only have to cook the penne, prepare the vegetables and bring everything together. Easy!

Kitchen utensils
1x cooking pan and 1x cooking pot
Instruction
- Bring water to the boil and add the penne into the cooking pot once the water boils. Let it cook according to the time stated on the package.
- Cut the broccoli into florets and fry them in the pan until they are al dente. Would you rather have them softer? Add a dash of water and place a lid on the pan and cook it.
- Drain the pasta and keep 2 tablespoons of cooking liquid. Add the penne and the cooking liquid to the brocolli pan, together with the Supp' Pesto-Mascarpone sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Finish the pasta with rocket salad, parmesan cheese and sprinkle with pesto. Do you have pine nuts in house? Add them to make it extra crispy.
