Instruction

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Place the pumpkin on a plate. Drizzle the pumpkin with olive oil, salt, pepper, and the Supp herb mix. Roast the pumpkin until they're golden brown and fork-tender, for about 30 minutes in the oven.
  3. Boil the rice with a half of stock cube in water. Use 2 times as much water as the amount of rice. You can easily weigh this with a glass. (± 10 minutes cooking time)
  4. Put the Supp tomato sauce in a bowl and heat the sauce in the microwave. Or put the tomato sauce in a pan and heat on a medium fire until it boils.
  5. Bring everything together and finish with the Supp Dukkah herb mix. PS: The photo can inspire you for dressing.
